Knowing your Nokia secret phone codes can save you the money
Posted by: Zang Caesar In: Uncategorized
Just recently I’ve been pissed off again with the way my Nokia N93i operated in a strange, inconvenient fashion. And what a relief it had been that it is back to normal now. I did it all by myself, no help required or consulted from a repairman. Mind you, it saved me the money.
You too can save money in regards to your Nokia phone’s repair processes. You just have to know the codes so you can cut out the money that you would be normally spending for the repair that it has to go through.
FULL PHONE FORMATTING
Last year when my Nokia 7610 went bonkers, I had to bring it to a cellphone repair shop and the repairman told me that it needed reformatting. I agreed and to my surprise what he did was very simple: he just pressed on some keys and voila! My phone was back to normal again, for a price of PhP300.
Since he asked for my help during the reformatting, apparently because it needed few strong fingers for the long pressing, I knew the secret keys to do that.
Now you can reformat your phone all by yourself and save money. If you think your phone is acting very weird that you can no longer handle it with patient, or if there has been many dysfunctions and errors, reformat it with these steps:
If you encounter situation like below on your phone,
1. Blank screen phone unable to reboot.
2. Phone only able to boot-up to “Nokia” word screen.
3. Install some program but not able to uninstall it after that.
4. Error messages such as “Child Installer” keeps popping-up.Do a Full phone formatting as steps below,
1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.
3. Switch-off your phone.
4. Press and hold 3 keys;Green dial key, * (star key) & no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.
Remember, do not let go all of the keys and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!
5. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your will back to original system and factory settting.
All apps installed & not of the phones’ default will be lost. If you did a backup on your mmc, you can restore it back to the C drive again.
RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
If you think your Nokia phone only requires restoring it to factory settings, the code is *#7780#
MASTERCODE CALCULATOR
If you forgot your security password and cannot access your phone because of this, you can have your Nokia phone’s mastercode by visiting this site.

Forget about the repairmen. Do it all yourself and save a good amount of money. If these codes don’t work for you, send me a shoutout. I might as well be able to extend help.
