Itching to get the June 2008 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination result? Not sure when the result would come out? Daunted by some text hoax about the passing percentage rate of only 20%? Here’s what the BON said:

For purpose that our Nursing Public and Stakeholders DO NOT SUCCUMB to “irresponsible text messages” please be advised that WITH GOD’S GRACE and based on new schedules from PRC our NLE Results “may be” released within the last week of JULY.

Do not believe that only 20% passed. The passing rate is usually from the range of 40% - 50%. Like in the last Nursing licensure examination (December 2007) there were also messages which spoke that only 24% passed the exam, and it really got me surprised, although I know by hook or by crook I still would be in that 24% (kapal!). Well that was my instinct (a grade of 82.40% would make it there, right?). Ha ha. The topnotchers’ rating will range from 85% to 88%, like in last year’s exam.

According to the Board of Nursing, the Oath Taking will be held this AUGUST 19, 2008 in SMX Convention Center in Manila. Regional oath taking is scheduled as follows:
