At the 9th Round, Manny “Pacman”Pacquaio made David “Dangerous” Diaz succumb to a KO in the fight called Lethal Combination in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Diaz’s knock-down has made Manny earn his fourth belt, the WBC Lightweight title this time, becoming the first Asian to have achieved this.

Lance Feliciano is the only Filipino-American licensed professional Drifting racing champ among 38 licensed U.S. professionals from America. Lance got his professional license last October when he was 19 years old, by which time he was the youngest racer in the world of Drifting to earn professional status and the only Fil-Am challenger out of the 38 professionals.

Drift & RWD sports magazine even named him as “one of the next superstars to watch in 2007” and is becoming an icon in the Drifting domain.

On April 28, from being the Assistant Coach/Director of Scouting, Erik Spoelstra, 37, has been elevated to Head Coach of Miami Heat following Pat Riley’s stepping down as Head Coach of the team, making Spoelstra the sixth Head Coach in franchise history.

Spoelstra started in the Miami Heat staff in 1995 as the team’s video coordinator. In 1997, he became the Assistant Coach/Video Coordinator and in 1999 promoted to Assistant Coach/Advance Scout.
