The Spice Girls can now create a coed band for their babies, and they might as well call it “Spice Babies”, as Melanie Chisolm (a.k.a Mel C, a.ka. Sporty Spice), with her partner of six years Thomas Starr, confirmed that they are expecting their first baby.
“Some happy news,” she wrote. “I can now announce that Tom and I are expecting a baby and we are very happy.”
Once Mel C gives birth to their child, it will to a total of eight Spice babies:
Victoria has three children with David Beckham - Brooklyn (9), Romeo (5) and Cruz (3).
Melanie B has two girls - Phoenix Chi (9) with dancer Jimmy Gulzar, and Angel Iris (16 months) with Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy.
Geri has one daughter Bluebell (2) with Sasha Gervasi.
And Emma gave birth to son Beau Lee (1) with former lead singer of boy band Damage Jade Jones.
